What data we collect

• via the enquiry form: name, phone, email, selected service and the text of your message;
• via the appointment form: name, email, phone, preferred type, date and time of the meeting and any notes;
• by phone or email: the data you choose to give us;
• technical data when you visit the site, described in our Cookie Policy.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

• to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
• to perform the contract for the surveying service: Art. 6(1)(b);
• to meet legal obligations, such as accounting: Art. 6(1)(c);
• for visitor statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent: Art. 6(1)(a).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from our last correspondence. Data relating to contracts: for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers and, with your consent, by Google (Google Analytics). When carrying out the service we provide the necessary data to the competent institutions, such as the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Office or the municipality.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at geodesy@raychevandco.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
